Reshni Singh

Reshni Singh is the Chief Executive Officer of Business Process Enabling South Africa (BPESA), the national industry association for Global Business Services (GBS). Under her leadership, BPESA drives the strategic execution of the GBS Sector Master Plan, working in close partnership with government and industry to position South Africa as a leading offshore destination and to catalyse inclusive youth employment at scale.

With over two decades of public sector experience, including senior leadership roles within the Department of Trade, Industry and Competition (the dtic), Reshni brings deep expertise in industrial policy, investment promotion, and sector development.

Her work has been pivotal in enabling global investors—particularly from the UK, USA, and Australia—to expand operations in South Africa’s high-impact GBS sector. She holds a Master’s degree in International Business from the University of London and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of South Africa.
