Leanne Felix

Born and raised in Cape Town, I moved to Gqeberha nine years ago with my family and quickly fell in love with the city — so much so that we decided to make it our permanent home.

My career spans over 26 years, beginning in a call centre, where I’ve had the privilege of experiencing and contributing to the industry’s evolution over the decades. I’ve worked across a range of sectors, including short-term insurance, loyalty, banking, telecommunications, broadcasting, and entertainment, serving both domestic and international markets.

For the past 15 years, I’ve been part of the BPO industry, working with some of the best organizations and learning from exceptional leaders who have helped shape my professional growth.

On a personal note, I’m a proud mother of three amazing humans, two fur babies, and the wife of one wonderful husband 😊.

In 2024, I joined Teleperformance to lead the establishment of the Eastern Cape region. What began with 27 people and one client has grown to over 1,000 employees and five clients across three sites. We’re incredibly excited about the next phase of growth — driving innovation through technology, empowering our people, uplifting our communities, and creating meaningful job opportunities across the province.
